Digital Delivery Policy

BrushedBackgrounds sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

After your payment is successfully processed, your download link or access instructions will be displayed at checkout and/or sent to the email address provided with your order.

Digital delivery is generally immediate. However, payment verification, email filtering, or technical issues may cause a short delay.

Please provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive your files or your download link does not work, contact us through our store contact page and include your order number. We will help restore access to your purchase.
